BIO

David Sussin is a writer who looks very similar to the AI-generated photo above.

David was trained at UCLA and the Groundlings Theater in Los Angeles. Because of the kind and talented folks he connected with at the Groundlings, he was graciously given the opportunity to write sketches for the WB Network's version of SNL, a long-since cancelled show called HYPE.

By this time, his "day job" became more demanding, threatening to become his actual career. A job in audience research at local television station KCAL9 grew into a position as Vice President of Research with FOX Sports. He was very fortunate to find his way into a talented group of impressive people, helping them change the landscape of live sports, launch a national competitor to ESPN called "FS1", and better understand the mind of the viewer through focus groups, surveys, and those magical Nielsen numbers.

In a desperate leap to make writing his actual career once again, David made a left turn into the world of freelance writing. In the past few years, he wrote YouTube scripts diving into the world of aliens and strange-but-true stories for the popular WHY FILES channel. More recently, he crafted dystopian web content based on the latest developments in AI, space, science, medicine, and, yes, even more alien sightings for THE CONSPIRACY REPORT.

This past year he launched a satire site making fun of political news called POLITICS ASIDE

David lives with his family in Manhattan Beach, with dreams of moving into the woods somewhere. He's currently finishing his first novel called Lost Pine, ironically, a thriller about a monster in the woods.
